Andy is the artistic director of Mladost Folk Ensemble and the Boston Scottish Country Dancers and loves teaching school residencies through Mass Movement and Revels Inc.

Andy teaches at the San Antonio Folk Dance Festival on a yearly basis. She is the primary teacher for the Fun Arts day, which brings visual and performing arts activities to local school children.
